Mussels in a new and simple way in the kitchen. Now we are taking the first steps to let the mussel powder find its way to the home cooks – a consumer package is finally in place and will be tested in various stores during the autumn.

The package contains 60 g of powder of our finest quality and consists of 100% mussels from Bohuslän, without other additives. 1 g of powder corresponds to about 1 piece of mussel.

The mussel powder is an exciting ingredient in the food and acts as a flavor enhancer, with its saltiness, sea aroma and umami taste. It is also a real nutritional boost – rich in protein, a source of omega-3 and important vitamins and minerals. Musselpowder is an easy way to get more of the nutrients from seafood into your diet.
