Our mussel powder is the latest addition to the assortment provided by Fiskgrossisten i Lysekil AB. With this, Musselfeed gets its first wholesale collaboration, which opens new opportunities for sales to grocery stores and restaurants.

Fiskgrossisten was started in 2011 and delivers seafood products to restaurants, commercial kitchens and grocery stores. The business includes the distribution of fresh and frozen fish products, but also refined products such as smoked and pickled salmon.

The consumer pack contains 60 g of mussel powder of our finest quality and consists of 100% blue mussels from Bohuslän, without any additives. The powder can be used as a flavor enhancer in cooking with its saltiness, sea aroma and umami taste. It also contains excellent nutrients – high in protein, a source of omega-3 and important vitamins and minerals.
