New CEO 2020

  • 1 December, 202014 April, 2022

Musselfeed has appointed Jessica Vacklid as the new CEO starting from 1 December. After several years of research and development, the company is ready to scale up and establish itself in the market – and to create the conditions for successfully taking that step will be the new CEO’s most important assignment.

Jessica has extensive experience of leadership and business development skills in various positions, in both small and large organizations. In recent years, she has worked with business management and business development at Bzzt, another start-up with a focus on sustainable development in the field of mobility.

The innovation and product that Musselfeed has developed combines what motivates me the most – something that does good both by being manufactured and used and that contributes to driving development in an area forward to greater sustainability. Circular cycles, protein shifts, sustainable food and feed production, cleaner seas, blue nutrients and more seafood – there are so many right here! I take on this task with great inspiration and joy.
